TCS Talent Acquisition Intern – Detailed Eligibility

To apply for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM with HR specialization
  • Eligible batches: FY 2026 & FY 2027
  • 60% or above in SSC, HSC, Graduation, and Post-Graduation
  • No active backlogs at the time of the interview

Additional Requirements

  • Maximum academic gap should not exceed 24 months
  • No extension allowed in the highest qualification
  • Must be available for a full-time, on-premise internship at TCS Pune
